Evaluación neuropsicológica y plan de tratamiento de un caso de demencia tipo Alzheimer

Abstract

Entre el 50-70% de las demencias son debidas a la enfermedad del Alzheimer. Este trabajo trata un posible caso de Alzheimer en una mujer de 77 años de edad. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las funciones neuropsicológicas mediante test neuropsicológicos. Asimismo realizar un plan de tratamiento neuropsicológico individualizado. Las pruebas utilizadas fueron el Mini-Examen Cognoscitivo de Lobo (MEC), el Test del Reloj (TDR), la Escala Blessed, el Test de Denominación de Boston, el Trail Making Test, el Test de Gnosias de Poppelreuter y la Escala de Ansiedad y Depresión de Goldberg.

Between 50 70% of the dementias are due to Alzheimer's disease. This paper is a possible case of Alzheimer's in a woman of 77 years old. The aim of this paper is to analyze the neuropsychological functions using neuropsychological tests. Also perform a plan individualized neuropsychological treatment.
