Návrh přihřívání páry pro turbínu tlakovodní jaderné elektrárny

Abstract

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá projekčným návrhom separátora – prehrievača pary, pre jadrovú elektráreň za účelom odstránenia vlhkosti z pracovnej pary a zvýšenia účinnosti celého obehu jadrovej elektrárne. V prvej časti práce je popísaný účel systému so základným rozdelením zariadení na odstraňovanie vlhkosti z pracovnej pary a s podrobnejším popisom vybraného typu separátora – prehrievača pary. V ďaľšej časti je prevedený výpočet základných rozmerov separačnej časti, tepelný, hydraulický a pevnostný výpočet zariadenia, s návrhom jeho základných rozmerov. V závere práce sú tieto výpočty zhodnotené. Diplomová práca obsahuje 3D model separátora – prehrievača pary v programe Inventor, výkresovú dokumentáciu a schému zapojenia zariadenia do parného obehu.

The main focus of this master‘s thesis is a project design of the separator, a steam preheater, for the nuclear power plant in order to remove the moisture from the working steam and to increase overall efficiency of the circulation of the nuclear power plant. In the first part of the thesis, the purpose of the system, basic distribution of the equipment for the moisture removal from the working steam, as well as a more detailed description of the type of the separator selected is described. In the followong part, there are calculated basic dimensions of the separation part and thermal, hydraulic and strength device calculations with a draft of its basic dimensions. At the end of the work, these calculations are evaluated. The thesis contains a 3D model of the separator, the steam preheater, created in, the drawing documentation and a scheme of the connection of the device with the steam circuit.
