Návrh technologie odběru vzorků pro mechanické zkoušení

Abstract

Diplomová práce seznamuje se základními pojmy v oblasti mechanického zkoušení materiálů. Objasňuje obecné principy mechanických zkoušek, především zkoušky tahové a zkoušky vrubové houževnatosti. Popisuje technologii odběru zkušebních vzorků, která je v současné době ve výrobě používána. Řeší problém nedostatečné efektivity stávající technologie navržením technologie nové. Na vzorové součásti porovnává stávající a nově navrženou technologii jak z hlediska spotřeby výrobního času tak i ekonomického. V uvedených tabulkách jsou přehledně znázorněny dosažené výsledky při použití nově navržené technologie odběru zkušebních segmentů ze součástí.

The diploma thesis describes basic terms in the field of mechanical testing of materials. It explains general principles of mechanical testing, particularly tensile tests and tests of impact strength. The work describes the contemporary technology of taking samples in production. It solves the problem of insufficient effectiveness of current technology by proposing a new one. It compares the current and the new technology on a sample part from both time consumption and economical points of view. The results of using the newly proposed technology for acquiring sample segments from tested parts are shown in the attached tables.
