Abstract(s)
Este projeto tem por objetivo a realização de uma investigação que permitirá um maior conhecimento sobre os fatores de risco mais comuns presentes no desenvolvimento de indivíduos detidos que apresentem características ou diagnóstico de Transtorno de Personalidade Antissocial. Posto isto, o presente projeto está dividido em três partes sendo elas: 1. Enquadramento Teórico relativo à psicopatia e seus graus, às características do indivíduo com diagnóstico, aos fatores de risco associados a este transtorno, à ligação entre o transtorno e a infância do sujeito, bem como relativo à psicopatia à luz do direito penal e à reincidência de indivíduos com diagnóstico de Transtorno de Personalidade Antissocial. A segunda parte é constituída pela proposta de estudo empírico, onde está descrito o objetivo do estudo e sua justificação, a população-alvo e amostra, o instrumento que será utilizado, assim como o método do estudo e os resultados que se esperam após a realização do estudo. A terceira, e última parte, é constituída pela conclusão que foi possível tirar ao longo do desenvolvimento do presente projeto de graduação.
This project aims to carry out an investigation that allows greater knowledge about the most common risk factors present in the development of detained individuals who present characteristics or the diagnosis of Antisocial Personality Disorder. That said, this project is divided into three parts, namely: 1. Theoretical framework related to psychopathy and its degrees, the characteristics of the individual diagnosed, the risk factors associated with this disorder, the link between the disorder and the childhood of the subject, as well as on psychopathy in the light of criminal law and the recidivism of individuals diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder. The second part consists of the empirical study proposal, which describes the study's objective and its justification, the target population and sample, the instrument that will be used, as well as the study method, and the results that are expected after carrying out the study. The third and last part is constituted by the conclusion that it was possible to draw throughout the development of this graduation project.
