A Escala Svani como instrumento crítico e reflexivo : um estudo sobre ambientes educativos em instituições de educação infantil

A pesquisa apresenta discussão sobre elementos e factores organizacionais e estruturais das instituições de educação infantil brasileira que atendem crianças de 0 (zero) a 3 (três) anos, objectivando conhecer académica e cientificamente as suas especificidades e seus processos de planificação, organização, elaboração e concepção, percebendo a determinação dos indicadores de qualidade em situaçoes educativas e sugerindo instrumentos de avaliação de seus ambientes e Projectos Pedagógico.Tomamos como base estudos realizados a partir da Escala italiana - Scala per la Valutazione Dell´Asilo Nido - SVANI, descrevendo a contextualização do atendimento às crianças nessa faixa etária. Os estudos sobre qualidade em educação infantil sao relacionados, de modo especial com a trajectória brasileira e do município de Curitiba - Paraná. Explanamos a questão da qualidade na educação infantil com vista à ecologia do desenvolvimento humano, dando ênfase a escala – SVANI. Na metodologia da pesquisa, de cunho qualitativo, relatamos a avaliação da tradução da escala SVANI e a análise de construto elaborada por 2 (duas) profissionais da Educação Infantil da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Curitiba – Pr. e apresentamos os dados colectados na pesquisa empírica e de campo, devidamente analisados, a partir dos quais procedemos as conclusões possiveis e pertinentes, apresentando algumas sugestões para aprimoramento do processo de oferta da educação infantil em ambientes de qualidade.
Following this point of view we aim in this research, two structural and institutional factors for the teaching of this specific age group. Our purpose is to know this matter in an academic and scientific way, as well as the understanding of this process in the aspects of its „management‟, organization, and creation of conceptions. We will also consider the figures of the quality indicators and suggest the instruments of evaluation of the environment and the pedagogic projects in the Brazilian educational situation. For us to achieve that, we took as base the Italian scale SVANI. In the chapter 1 we describe the contextualization of the dealing with these children, and still, we describe the studies about the quality of the education in a specific manner, by relating them with the Brazilian general processes and the specific processes of the city of Curitiba. In this chapter we also explain the matter of quality in the children education, paying attention to the ecology and the human development, emphasizing it in the Scale of Valutazione Dell`Asilo Nido – SVANI. We discuss about the qualitative methodology used in this research applying the datas from SVANI and analyzing the object conceived by two employers of education from Curitiba city local cityhall educational department, and finally in the chapter III will be presented and analyzed the datas that were collected in our empiric research field.
