Resumo
Este estudo tem por objetivo destacar a importância do gestor escolar para a manutenção da disciplina, vez que, a indisciplina interfere significativamente no rendimento e na qualidade da aprendizagem dos discentes. Tem-se notado ser recorrente no interior das escolas de educação básica episódios de indisciplina, impondo a necessidade de aprofundamento de suas causas. Para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, cujo tema é “A Gestão Escolar e as Consequências da Indisciplina para o Processo Ensino-aprendizagem nas Turmas da Educação Básica: Experiência da Escola Estadual Nanci Nina Costa”, foi necessário identificar que posturas são adotadas pela gestão escolar em relação aos alunos indisciplinados. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão bibliográfica e a aplicação de questionários aos gestores, coordenadores pedagógicos e professores para subsidiar a identificação das causas geradoras e a implicação da indisciplina dentro da escola. A partir da análise foi possível constar que a administração da E.E.N.N.C. adota os pressupostos da teoria funcionalista onde há a centralização das decisões na figura do diretor, logo aspectos burocráticos sobrepõem aos pedagógicos. Sendo imprescindível redimensionar as relações sociais e institucionais que regem o trabalho escolar, substituindo a participação alienada pela gestão compartilhada associada há um amplo movimento de formação continuada e permanente que envolva a comunidade intra e extra escolar.
This study aimed to highlight the importance of school management for the maintenance of discipline, time, indiscipline interfere significantly on the yield and quality of learning of students. It has been noted to recur within the basic education schools episodes of indiscipline, imposing the need to deepen their causes. To develop this work, whose theme is "The School Management and indiscipline Consequences for Process Teaching and learning in classes of Basic Education: Experience the State School Nanci Nina Costa" was necessary to identify which positions are adopted by the school management relation to unruly students. The methodology used was a literature review and the application of questionnaires to managers, coordinators and teachers to support the identification of causes generating and involvement of indiscipline within the school. From the analysis it was possible to state that the administration of E.E.N.N.C. adopts the assumptions of functionalist theory where there is centralization of decisions in the figure of the director, soon bureaucratic aspects outweigh the teaching. Being indispensable resize the social and institutional relationships that govern school work, replacing the participation sold by shared management associated there is a large movement of continuous and permanent training involving intra and extra school community.
