A importância do bebé imaginário na vinculação materno fetal

Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda a relação existente entre a mãe e o seu feto ao longo da gravidez. Esta vinculação que a mãe vai estabelecer com o feto vai determinar a qualidade das futuras ligações afectivas que vão ocorrer ao longo da vida do indivíduo. O trabalho fala da gravidez como um período de extrema importância na vida da mulher e do homem, onde eles saem do papel de filhos e passam a ser pais, e dos conflitos interiores para conseguirem vivenciar essa maravilhosa experiência. A gravidez é um momento de crise para a mulher onde o papel do companheiro e da família, enquanto apoio, são de extrema importância. Conhecer alguns factores que influenciam a ligação materno-fetal é um dos objectivos deste trabalho. A Vinculação é um crescimento progressivo, acompanhado por alterações emocionais que são úteis para aumentar as funções adaptativas. Assim, a introversão e a consciência do feto não são exclusivamente um fenómeno regressivo, mas sim uma preparação psicológica para a maternidade activa. E a idealização da mãe em relação ao seu bebé se manifesta ao longo da gestação. Essa pesquisa baseia-se na hipótese de quanto maior for a idealização da mulher grávida com relação ao seu bebé, maior será a dificuldade de vinculação amorosa durante a gravidez. Para testar esta hipótese foram utilizados os instrumentos: O teste D.M.I dos autores Gleser e Ihilevich para avaliar idealização e a Escala de Vínculação Materno Fetal (Antenatal Emotional Attachment Scale de John T. Condon, 1993), cuja adaptação para português é de Camarneiro e Justo, 2007). Foi recolhida uma amostra de 53 grávidas no Centro de Saúde de Mafra e extensões e na rede de contactos informais da investigadora. Os resultados obtidos foram através da correlação das variáveis dependente e independente o que confirmou parcialmente a hipótese.

The work speaks of pregnancy as a period of extreme importance in the lives of women and men, where they leave the role of children and become parents, and inner conflicts to get to experience this wonderful experience. Meet some factors that influence the maternal-fetal connection is one of the objectives of this work. Affinity is a progressive growth, accompanied by emotional changes that are useful to increase the adaptive functions. Thus, introversion and awareness of the fetus are not solely a regressive phenomenon but a psychological preparation for motherhood active. And the idealization of the mother in relation to your baby is manifested during pregnancy. This research is based on the assumption that the greater the idealization of pregnant women in relation to your baby, the greater the difficulty of linking love during the pregnancy. To test this hypothesis we used instruments: The Test DMI authors Gleser Ihilevich to assess idealization and the Antenatal Emotional Attachment Scale John T. Condon, (1993), whose adaptation to Portuguese is Camarneiro and Justo, 2007). It was a sample of 53 pregnant women contacted in the Health Center of Mafra and extensions and a network of informal contacts of the researcher. The results were obtained through the correlation of dependent and independent variables which partially confirmed the hypothesis.
