This chapter introduces a new linear sensor model of low-cost micro-electro-mechanical-systems accelerometers. A modelled algorithm has been developed to reduce different errors for the system. Experiments with Matlab analysis has been displayed in the paper. Transmission of an accelerometer in both cable and wireless has been calculated and displayed from 1500 samples. Linear sensor model has been applied to the experiment results to optimize the accuracy of the accelerometer data. This method is able to be used in different positions of the accelerometer. It is also used to calibrate and align the system before the system operation. Therefore, it is possible that the sensor model can be used to reduce errors in different sensor networks, such as Bluetooth, beacon and ZigBee.
