Abstract
Tento článek je zaměřen na oceňování s využitím BIM, tedy informačního modelu budovy. Cílem tohoto článku je ocenit stavbu nákladovým způsobem pomocí BIM modelu. Obsahem článku je popis BIM problematiky, dále její zavádění a potřeba využití BIM ve stavebnictví. Článek popisuje metody ocenění a názorně zobrazuje ocenění vybrané konstrukce jednotlivými metodami. Hlavní oceňovací metodou je plugin RTS BIM, který využívá model vytvořený v programu Autodesk Revit. Toto nově představené řešení je poté porovnáno s položkovým rozpočtem, jakožto tradiční metodou ocenění stavby.
This article is focused on valuation using BIM the building information model. The aim of this article is to appraise the construction using cost approach using the BIM model. Content of the article is the description of BIM implementation and the need for BIM in construction. The article describes valuation methods and clearly shows appraisal of selected by individual methods. The main method is the RTS BIM plugin itself and it uses model built in Autodesk Revit environment. This new released solution is being compared with the traditional cost approach such as itemized budget.
