[eng] Non-verbal communication is the most sincere means of communication, since sometimes we are conscious and can measure and control our words, but unconsciously we can make a gesture or a movement that gives us away. We could categorize it as an individual and unique characteristic of each person that accompanies us most of the time (James, 2007).
Our body is constantly communicating, since people need to socialize and be in contact with others and for this, language is necessary.

Authors such as Birdwhistell (1979), state that body language is the one that allows us to know the person as he/she is.
On many occasions a glance is worth more, if you pay attention to it. In that instant you can detect if he is sad, if he needs something or if he is simply overflowing with joy.
Our body can be analyzed and is capable of transmitting what we feel.
If the eyes are open, eager to discover and analyze you could know much more, because thoughts are reflected through our body, but thoughts are not always verbalized (James,2018).
In this TFG we will see the great importance and the great potential that CNV has, specifically, body communication to be able to make good use of it, to be more aware and to be able to better understand others. To do this, we will make a tour of different types of nonverbal communication that we can find, its main characteristics and how to adapt them to our person and our classroom for greater reinforcement, support and inclusion to our students.
