Resumen
The present research work is the result of a retrospective reflection and introspection of the extracurricular pedagogic process advanced by the Council of Ethnic Groups in the San Bernardino District Educational Institution in the ancestral territory of Mhuysca de Bosa. The Ethnic Council is made up of a group of indigenous and Afro-descendent students of the school, together with them we have been dedicated since 2012 to strengthen the identity identities of our cultures, but efforts were also made to open meeting spaces and dialogues intercultural projects that contribute to the construction of "another" school. The trajectory and characteristics of the Council of Ethnic Groups became an opportunity to investigate the formation of historical-political subjectivities, as well as the collective construction of a raizal identity in the students who participate in the group and to enhance the pedagogical knowledge that emanates from it; These are the thematic axes on which the research was focused in order to conceptualize and elaborate the initial bases of the pedagogy called Learning From Within. The purpose of this research is to contribute to the strengthening of the critical interculturality of the San Bernardino school.
