In this degree work, is consigned the information related to the sales processes by alternative channels of the company Industrias Inca S.A.S. - DUPRĔE for the end of the year 2018. All types of sales are an alternative for the company so that the warehouse inventory level is stable, find mechanisms to grant more incentives to its customers, expand its market, take care of the environment and make the most of all the resources it has the company. In order to carry out this characterization, the information that describes the context of the conference sales, the e-commerce, the sale of recyclable material and the sale by auctions was collected. This information was the one that allowed the design, validation and establishment of the documentation of the processes to be fully compatible with the company's quality management system. Additionally, value stream mapping (VSM diagrams) was used to identify opportunities for improvement that imply the use of the documentation generated by the student and that seek to reduce the greatest amount of waste defined by the Lean philosophy. With the development of this project it was possible to standardize the way of carrying out the processes of the special sales and digital marketing area of the company and it was also equipped with control tools so that the leaders of each sales process have a greater capacity to respond to the changes that may arise in the organization's environment. Finally, some performance indicators were established that represent the processes of the area, with the aim of providing DUPRĒE with a management tool that can be used to make decisions and also to measure the impact of the strategies established in each of the types of sale already mentioned.
