Resumen
This paper presents the application of a web information system to manage the administrative sector and the billing of small businesses related to the hardware sector. The application will allow the corresponding users to make use of modules according to their function, whether it handles the administrative part, which would be the administrator user who takes care of this, with functions such as creating new users and / or make modifications to The existing ones, or the related to the billing that would be the user employed, which will also be taken into account the reports. In the design of the application the RUP methodology was implemented; this one has four phases of development: Start, Elaboration, Construction and Transition. The mentioned phases allow to carry out a control and follow up to the requirements that the application needs.
