Boron is a micronutrient that participates in several physiological processes of the plant, and its deficiency reduces the transport of sugars, the synthesis of the cell wall, the lignification, the metabolism of carbohydrates and the integrity of the cell membrane, in addition, the deficiency of B can reduce the flowering rate of crops, as it acts on pollen grain germination and pollen tube growth. Therefore, it appears that B is one of the nutrients that can limit the productivity of peanuts grown in areas of sugarcane renewal, in sandy textured soils. The objective of this work is to evaluate the physiological, vegetative and reproductive effect of peanuts from boron fertilization with different sources and doses. The experiment was carried out in an experimental area on the property of a producer in the city of Monte Castelo/SP, with climate classified predominantly as Aw, and soil classified as DYSTROPHIC YELLOW RED ARGISSOLO ARGISSOL. The experimental design will be in randomized blocks in a factorial scheme with split plots, with four replications. The plots will consist of each treatment that is constituted by the different sources of boron and by the doses arranged within each of the sources, in addition, each treatment will have a total of four replications, in order to be arranged in their respective blocks. The evaluations performed were as follows, with 70 DAE, the SPAD reading was performed to analyze the chlorophyll content present in the leaves. At 110 DAE, plants were collected to quantify the fresh and dry mass of the plants. At the end of the crop cycle, with 140 DAE, the harvest was carried out, where the numbers of pods per plant, number of grains per pod were evaluated and the productivity of the peanut tree was quantified. Data will be subjected to analysis of variance and later to polynomial regression analysis for the quantitative factor and Tukey's test for the qualitative factor at 5% probability. The variables, number of grains per pod, SPAD reading and fresh mass did not present any statistically significant result, so that the treatments did not differ from each other, in addition, there was no interaction between factors, sources and doses. The variable, dry mass, showed a significant difference between doses, as the doses increased, the dry mass decreased, adjusting to a linear equation. For the number of pods per plant, it showed significant results in some treatments, being the best, where the dose of 4 kg ha-1 was the best for boric acid, 1 kg ha-1 for granubor and also the dose of 4 kg ha-1 presented better results for the Ulexite source, the effect presented was in quadratic function, there was also interaction between the sources, presenting high averages. In relation to productivity, there was significance in the results, that is, some treatments showed statistical difference between them, where the dose of 4 kg ha-1 was presented as the best for boric acid, but only the dose of 1 kg ha-1 differed, for granubor the best dose was 1 kg ha-1 , but it was not statistically different from the others, for the ulexite source, the dose that presented itself as the best was 4 kg ha-1 , but it differed only from the doses of 1 and 3 kg ha-1 , in addition, they showed interaction between the doses and the granubor source, with an adjustment in quadratic function.
