The rationale for the state regional policy in the field of tourism and recreation: a case study of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена исследованию обоснования региональной туристской политики Казахстана. Целью работы была разработка направлений развития региональной политики государства в сфере туризма. В первой главе проводится обзор теоретических основ изучения региональной политики государства, анализируются труды отечественных и зарубежных авторов в сфере регионалистики. Также, проводится анализ направлений зарубежных и отечественных исследований в выделении инструментов региональной туристской политики. Вторая глава работы посвящена комплексной оценке современного состояния индустрии туризма в Казахстане, проводится анализ направления государственной политики туризма в стране, рассматривается нормативно-правовая база государственной политики туризма в стране. Также в главе рассматриваются особенности имеющейся региональной политики в сфере туризма. В последней главе работы проведена оценка опыта унитарных государств в развитии региональной туристской политики. Проводится территориально-пространственный анализ территории страны и изучение всех особенностей туристских районов Казахстана.The paper contains: three chapters, introduction, conclusion, list of references consisting of 50 references. The same composition of chapters includes 5 tables and 15 figures. The graduate qualification work is devoted to research of justification of regional tourism policy of Kazakhstan. The aim of the work was to develop directions of development of the regional policy of the state in the sphere of tourism. The first chapter reviews theoretical foundations of regional policy of the state, analyzes the works of domestic and foreign authors in the field of regionalism. Also, analysis of directions of foreign and domestic researches in selection of instruments of regional tourism policy is carried out. The second chapter of the work is devoted to a comprehensive assessment of the current state of the tourism industry in Kazakhstan, the analysis of directions of state tourism policy in the country is carried out, the normative-legal base of state tourism policy in the country is considered. The chapter also considers the peculiarities of the existing regional tourism policy. The last chapter of the work assesses the experience of unitary states in the development of regional tourism policy. Territorial-spatial analysis of the country's territory and study of all peculiarities of tourist areas of Kazakhstan is carried out.
