Abstract
Accounting and explanations of all of Wilbur's cash accounts. Particularly of note is his angry response about the Agency's Post Master: "I was aware that Indian Agents were held responsible for many things they never did, but never before supposed they were to be responsible for the misdeeds of all Departments of Government - I cannot admit the justice of this charge."
