Abstract
이 조사는 제주여성가족연구원이 제주지역 경력단절여성을 대상으로 경력단절 이전 경제활동 경험과 경력단절 이후 취업 욕구 및 구직활동 경험 등을 파악하여 경력단절여성의 일자리 지원과 경력단절 예방을 위한 정책 방안을 모색하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 실시한 것이다. 조사대상은 제주지역 내 만 25-54세로 혼인, 임신, 출산, 육아와 가족구성원의 돌봄, 근로조건 등을 이유로 3개월 이상 경제활동이 중단됐고, 앞으로 일할 의향이 있는 경력단절여성이다. 주요 조사내용은 경력단절 이전 일자리 경험, 이주민의 이주 전후 일자리 상황, 경력단절 이후 취업 욕구, 구직활동 및 취업지원서비스 참여 경험, 일자리 지원과 경력단절 예방 관련 정책에 대한 수요 등이다.
