Abstract
Bu tez, Kürt sorununu kimlik, anadilde eğitim, özerklik, anayasa ve ekonomik yatırım olmak üzere Kürtlerin beş temel talebi içinde birbirleriyle ilişkilendirerek ve tarihsel bağlamına oturtarak incelemektedir. Tek başına kimlik ya da anadilde eğitimle Kürt sorununu sınırlamayıp söz konusu beş temel talebin bir arada ele alınması gerektiğine işaret ederek, sorunu, Kürtlerin gözünden tarihsel ve güncel gelişmelere odaklanan bir perspektifle ele almaktadır. Bu bağlamda, devletin Kürt politikasıyla Kürtlerin gündelik hayatının kendi iç dinamiği arasında Kürt sorununa bakılarak merkezin uygulamalarının yerel düzeyde karşılığı ve görünümü irdelenmiştir. Tezin önemli bir kısmını oluşturan alan çalışması ile Kürtlerin gündelik hayat içerisinde söz konusu beş temel talebi nasıl anlamlandırıp yorumladıkları nitel çalışma yoluyla etnografik verilere dayanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Eleştirel tonda yazılanlar da dâhil bu çalışmada, son tahlilde, çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım benimsenmiştir.AbstractThis thesis examines Kurdish question with identity, mother-tongue education, autonomy, constitution and economic investment, which are Kurds’ five main demands, by associating with each other and historical context. Instead of limiting Kurdish question with only identity or mother-tongue education, the main point of this study is to solve the issue that should be handled by five main demands together with focusing on perspective of the Kurds and history. In this context, by looking Kurdish question between the state’s Kurd policy and Kurdish daily life, the conflict of center practices at the local level is studied. The ethnographic field work which is an important part of this thesis analyzing that how the Kurds interpret and make sense of these topic five main demands. Including all the critical writings, at the end of the study, this thesis approaches Kurdish question in a solution-oriented way.
