Abstract

Civil disobedience?s definition includes ?for law goverment?s superiorworthesi, civil disobedience is opposide law bot also open the public, by the way itisn?t unfair to third persons. And it is peace-loving protestation action?176.Civil disobedience is in civil society and it is an oppsition way which ispossible with this consept.The most important feature of civil disobedience is being an illegal actionwhich ise used after trying all ways aganist an unjust practise. This way is onlychoosed after all experiments.Because these actions, in general, aren?t aganist the law regime, this way iseused as method in spitw of any unfairnesses and danger of becoming deprawed of lawregime.In Turkey, civil society discussions increased after 1980?s. One of the reasonof this, increasing of global international ships and echos of world?s discussions inour country. But the main reason is civil society associations?s samples are in ourcountry, are seen in 1940?s, but particularly after 1980?s with social societyassociations increase and effect in social and public life.In this study, civil disobeience samples in Turkey are argued and Bergama?sMovement commented in press with critical discourse analysis.176 H.
