Abstract/Description:
A crowd of men, women, and children gathers together in the plaza to watch some event at Festival Betances. An area in front of the stage has been blocked off with police sawhorse barriers. Two rows of chairs have been set up in this area, and several little girls and teenage girls wearing tiaras and sashes sit here.
