This article seeks to contextualize the development of religious education’s thinking from an opening to religious pluralism inside Catholic school. Furthermore, identify certain theological principles in the search of interreligious practice dialogue in these Catholics schools. To achieve this goal, this article does a review in some documents of Catholic Church’s Magisterium about pluralist religious education subject. After this a deep view of concept of dialogue in Catholic theology is done. Finally, an experience of an open interfaith dialogue and proposes considerations about the identity of faith in Catholic school open to religious plurality is expose.
