Dose dependency with electro physical agents : both the Arndt Schulz law and the Goldilocks principle provide an explanatory model

Abstract

Electro physical agents have an evidenced role as a component of physical therapy practice, but the evidence clearly identifies a dose dependent response for optimal outcome. This can cause issues in practice and research with suboptimal doses being delivered resulting in either ineffective or minimally effective treatment
