箱庭療法の治癒的要因の概観と展望 --「力動」と「プロセス」の観点から--

Abstract

箱庭療法がなぜ治癒力を持つのか, どのようにして箱庭療法の中で制作者は治癒へと向かっていくのかという箱庭療法の治癒的要因に関する問いに答えを出そうとする研究は数多くある。本論では, それらの研究を概観して, 知見を整理することで全体像を示し, 現在調査研究が十分になされていないところを中心に今後の研究の展望を示すことを目的とした。治癒的要因に関する研究を概観したところ, (1)制作者―見守り手の関係性(2)制作者の体験(3)アイテム・砂・空間などの3要因が考えられることがわかった。各項目ごとに調査研究も含めながら論じたところ, 箱庭療法は「力動」と「プロセス」から捉えられることが明らかになった。その中で自我違和感やぴったり感を含む力動とそれに対処していくプロセスを明らかにしていくこと, 他にも箱庭制作の中での展開が起きる力動とプロセスを検討していくことが今後の課題としてあげられた。

There has been a great deal of research regarding therapeutic factors in sandplay therapy. This paper presents an overview of the research, arranges the results, and presents prospects for future studies. Previous studies regarding therapeutic factors could be classified into three categories: (1) relationship between the maker and the therapist; (2) the makers' subjective experiences; and (3) items, sand, and sandplay fields. As a result of examination of each category, two factors in sandplay therapy were extracted: psychodynamics and process. It is necessary to investigate psychodynamics, such as sense of fitness and ego-heterogeneity, and the process of dealing with these psychodynamics. In addition, it is important to elucidate the psychodynamics and process at the turning point in sandplay therapy.
