抄録: Transition of ego states were studied in nursing students at three occasions, i.e. the first and third grade and at the time of graduation. The subjects were 78 nursing students in our college. Ego states were assessed by the TEG, which consists of 5 sub-scales 1) CP (Critical Parent) 2) NP (Nurturing Parents) 3) A (Adult) 4) FC (Free Child) and 5) AC (Adapted Child). The following results were obtained: (1) The scores of CP at the time of graduation were significantly lower than those in the first and third grade. (2) There was no significant difference in the scores of NP among the first and third grade and at the time of graduation. (3) The scores of A in the third grade tended to be lower than the first grade and at the time of graduation. (4) The scores of FC at the time of graduation tended to be higher than the first and third grade. (5) The scores of AC at the time of graduation tended to be lower than the first and third grade. We discussed the significance of these results in nursing clinical practices.
