This paper focuses on practical, pharmacological considerations and the dental management of four of the most common entities belonging to this group of diseases, namely ischemic heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, hypertension and heart failure. Also talks about the adverse oral effects of the certain drugs which are used in the management of these conditions, this paper also talks about the drug interaction and the mechanism of certain drugs which are used to treat these conditions.
