Los desafíos antropológicos del matrimonio a la luz de la creación en Cristo

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende presentar los desafíos a los que se enfrenta la teología contemporánea del matrimonio en el contexto de los sínodos sobre la pastoral del matrimonio y la familia. Se parte de la renovación de la teología de la creación como fuente de inspiración para una antropología cristiana del matrimonio. Estos desafíos se concentran en tres fundamentales: el significado de la diferencia sexual, la perdurabilidad de la promesa del amor y la generatividad y fecundidad del amor conyugal. Son tres cuestiones que ponen de manifiesto la importancia de la dimensión cultural para la pastoral del matrimonio y la familia.

This research presents the challenges for those who confront the contemporary theology of marriage within the context of the synods on the pastoral care of marriage and family. This essay takes as a starting point the renovation of the theology of creation as a source of inspiration for a Christian anthropology of marriage. These challenges can be summarized in three fundamental ones: the meaning of sexual difference, the lastingness of the promise of love, and the generativeness and the fecundity of conjugal love. These are the three questions that bring forward the importance of the cultural dimension for the pastoral care of marriage and family.
