축구동호회 참여와 프로축구 관람요인 및 관람 후 행동의 관계

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 축구동호회 참여와 성별에 따른 프로축구 관람요인 및 관람 후 행동의 관계를 분석하여 축구 관람행동을 규명하는 것이다. 설문조사는 서울특별시에 소재한 축구동호회 동호인, 일반인들 중 240명을 대상으로 실시하였고, 미 회수된 설문지와 불성실한 응답지를 제외한 총 227부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 설문 문항의 신뢰도 및 타당도 분석, 빈도분석, 일변량 분산분석, 공변량 분산분석을 실시하였으며, 이와 같은 연구 절차를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다.

첫째, 성별과 연령에 따른 관람요인 및 관람 후 행동의 차이는 성별과 연령에서 모두 경기상황이 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 연령에서 남자 집단과 여자 집단 모두 40대가 경기상황을 중요하게 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

둘째, 축구동호회 참여여부에 따른 관람요인 및 관람 후 행동의 차이에서 남자 집단은 관람비용, 시설환경이 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 비참여자가 참여자보다 높게 나타났다. 반면, 여자 집단은 관람 후 행동에서만 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고 참여자가 비참여자보다 더 중요하게 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

결론적으로, 축구 관람행동에 있어서 경기상황이 다시 관람하고자 하는 관람 후 행동에 중요한 영향을 미치기 때문에 프로축구의 경기력, 스타플레이어 등의 강화가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 축구동호회 동호인과, 일반인을 대상으로 프로축구 관람요인을 파악하는 것은 참여스포츠 증가와 함께 관람스포츠로 연결될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between football participation and attendance factors of professional football and post-spectating behavior. The sample of this study consisted of individuals who are involved (participants) and not involved (non-participants) in football activity. Among 240 questionnaires that were distributed, a total of 277 responses were used in the study. SPSS 20.0 Version for windows using Reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA and one-way ANCOVA were conducted.

The results are as follows:

First, there were significant differences in performance factors depending on demographic characteristics such as sex and age.

Second, the underlying differences between attendance factors and post-spectating behavior depending on actual participation in football were price and facility factors in men whereas post-spectating behaviors in women.

Discussions were provided with managerial implications and future directions.
