Bu projede, yesil lojistik ile ilgili iki farklı problem ele alınmıstır. Bunlardan ilki yesil tasımacılık ile ilgili Çok Tesisli Yesil Weber Problemi?dir (ÇTYWP). Bu problem, klasik çok tesisli Weber problemini genelleyen ve dagıtım faaliyetlerinden kaynaklı CO2 salınımını enazlayan belirli sayıda tesisin düzlemde yerlerinin belirlenmesi problemidir. Bu çalısma tesis yer seçimi kararlarının emisyon üzerine etkisini inceleyen az sayıda çalısmadan biridir. Proje kapsamında ÇTYWP?nin olası uygulama alanları arastırılmıs ve bu problem için kesin ve sezgisel çözüm yaklasımları gelistirilmistir. Örnek problemler için ÇTYWP?nin klasik çok tesisli Weber problemi yerine uygulanmasının dagıtım araçlarından salınan toplam CO2 miktarını %7 ila 10 civarında azalttıgı görülmüstür. Bu proje kapsamında çalısılan ikinci problem ise yesil depolama ile ilgili Enerjiyi Enazlayan Forklift Rotalama Problemi?dir (EEFRP). EEFRP, bir operatörün kullandıgı elektrik ile çalısan siparis toplayıcı forklift (order picker forklift) tarafından ürünlerin toplanıldıgı bir depoda toplama listesindeki toplanılacak ürünlerin harcanan toplam enerjiyi enazlayacak sekilde hangi sıra ile toplanılacagına karar verilmesi problemidir. Siparis toplayıcı forklift, klasik forkliftlerden farklı olarak, çatalı yüksekte iken de hareket edebilme özelligine sahiptir. Bu çalısma yüksek teknolojili siparis toplayıcı forkliftlerin siparis toplama problemi kapsamında uygulandıgı ilk örnektir. Bu projede EEFRP için çok sayıda kesin ve sezgisel yöntem gelistirilmis (ya da uyarlanmıs) ve kapsamlı bilgisayısal deneyler sonrasında EEFRP probleminin klasik mesafeyi enazlayan probleme kıyasla forkliftlerin enerji sarfiyatını %30?lara kadar düsürebildigi gözlenmistir.
