Abstract
Based on a specific model, novel visualization and interaction techniques of complex signaling networks are described. Primarily, adaptive methods are used to show required detail of biological information embedded in its global context. Hereby, visual scenarios are used for convinient switching between different visual settings that are used for common modeling tasks.
