Flier promoting a concert by the Washington, D.C. punk band Bloody Mannequin Orchestra and the New York band Bag People. The concert occurred at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. on February 21, 1984. The flier was designed by Colin Sears of Bloody Mannequin Orchestra, who was later a member of the influential punk band Dag Nasty. This is the fourth of four different flier designs used to promote the concert.
