Flier advertising a concert by Washington, D.C. punk bands Frodus and Mancake as part of the Music As A Means Festival. The festival occurred on the Penn State University campus at the HUB Ballroom in University Park, Pennsylvania on March 23, 1997. Other bands listed as performing at the festival were Braid, The Gain, Joan of Arc, Boy Sets Fire, New Day Rising, Fields Lay Fallow and Ink and Dagger. This is the first of two designs used to promote the concert.
