Abstract
El presente trabajo cuenta con una justificación la cual plantea porque y para qué de la investigación, tomamos como base el lineamiento de las normativas del CDE, ejecutado por el Ministerio de Educación, Ciencias y Tecnología (MIDEDUCYT). Para el desarrollo de este
proyecto de investigación se realizó un estudio de las necesidades y del presupuesto asignado a
los consejos directivos escolares de cuatro centros escolares del municipio de San Rafael Cedros,
Cuscatlán.
La investigación se realizó con una población total de 1965 docentes, directores, miembros del
CDE y estudiantes. Por lo tanto, los resultados indican que los presupuestos asignados por el
MINEDUCYT, a cada centro escolar y manifiestan. Por otra parte, se dan a conocer los
instrumentos y técnicas que se han utilizado para la recopilación de la información.
Siendo esta la entrevista y la encuesta que se realizó durante todo este proceso. Habría que
añadir que se orientó a miembros del Consejo Directivo Escolar, para que se sea más efectivo en
el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos en cada Centro Escolar. Y por no contar con los
estudiantes de forma presencial no fueron encuestados.
Se describe los tipos de investigación, se utilizaron las técnicas de la encuesta y la entrevista
para la recopilación de datos. Por otra parte, se obtuvo el apoyo de una muestra de 83 personas
quienes colaboraron de forma directa con el llenado de los instrumentos elaborados.
Se hizo uso de los formularios de Google Forms para el llenado virtual y así se obtuvieron los
resultados. Además, encontramos las matrices de correlación y congruencia que se emplearon
para crear los instrumentos, de igual forma se presentó el análisis de los resultados y
concerniente se diseñó la propuesta.
The present has a justification which work raises why and for what of the investigation, we take as a
base the guidelines of the CDE regulations, executed by the Ministry of Education, Sciences and
Technology (MIDEDUCYT). For the development of this research project, a study of the needs and
budget assigned to the school boards of four schools in the municipality of San Rafael Cedros, Cuscatlán,
was carried out.
The research was carried out with a total population of 1965 members of the educational community
among them are: teachers, directors, members of the CDE and students. Therefore, the results indicate
that the budgets assigned by MINEDUCYT, to each school center and manifest. On the other hand, the
instruments and techniques that have been used to collect the information are disclosed.
This being the interview and the survey that was carried out throughout this process. It should be added
that it be directed to members of the School Board of Directors, so that it is more effective in fulfilling
the objectives established in each School Center. And because they did not have the students in person,
they were not surveyed.
The types of research are described, the techniques of the survey and the interview were used for data
collection. On the other hand, the support of a sample of 83 people was obtained who collaborated
directly with the filling of the elaborated instruments.
The Google Forms forms were used for virtual filling and the results were thus obtained. In addition, we
found the correlation and congruence matrices that were used to create the instruments, in the same
way the analysis of the results was presented and the proposal was designed.
