Abstract
El siguiente documento, desarrolla la planificación y construcción del proyecto “PROPUESTA DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE NAVES GREEN SIDE - ETAPA 1, MUNICIPIO DE APOPA, DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN SALVADOR" que se realizará por el método constructivo estructural metálico, método muy utilizado hoy en día en nuestro país por su rapidez en la construcción. Se realizará una evaluación de rendimientos de mano de obra para verificar cronograma de actividades en campo, apoyado por software especializado (MS Project) y se efectuará un desglose del presupuesto para conocer los precios actualizados, con el apoyo del presupuesto brindado por la empresa y aplicando los conocimientos y técnicas adquiridas durante este curso, así como también pruebas de resistencia y comportamiento de toda la estructura del inmueble. Todo esto se desarrollará cuatro capítulos. El capítulo I contiene las generalidades, planteamiento del problemas, justificación, objetivos, alcances y metodología del proyecto. En el capítulo II se describe la ubicación, topografía, arquitectura, estructura, tecnología, obras hidráulicas, sistemas eléctricos, obras civiles, áreas del terreno y las tipologías de los materiales utilizados. En el capítulo III se desarrolla la metodología para la ejecución del proyecto comenzando por la realización de un plan de ubicación de instalaciones provisionales seguido de la metodología para la ejecución del proyecto así como la creación de distintos planes como lo es el plan de control de calidad, plan de seguridad e higiene ocupacional, plan de manejo ambiental, plan de control de tráfico y el plan de control de polvo, todo esto servirá para que minimicen las afectaciones producidas antes, durante y después de la puesta en marcha del proyecto respetando todos los requerimientos previamente estipulados en leyes y normativas vigentes de nuestro país. Para finalizar se hará una revisión técnica por medio del presupuesto de la obra y la verificación del caculo estructural por medio del programa CYPECAD, finalizando con recomendaciones para las futuras generaciones que utilicen este sistema constructivo. The following document develops the planning and construction of the project "PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF GREEN SIDE SHIPS - STAGE 1, MUNICIPALITY OF APOPA, DEPARTMENT OF SAN SALVADOR" which will be carried out by the metallic structural construction method, a method widely used today in our country for its speed in construction. An evaluation of labor performance will be carried out to verify the schedule of activities in the field, supported by specialized software (MS Project) and a breakdown of the budget will be carried out to know the updated prices, with the support. of the budget provided by the company and applying the knowledge and techniques acquired during this course, as well as resistance and behavior tests of the entire structure of the property. All of this will be developed in four chapters. Chapter I contains the generalities, problem statement, justification, objectives, scope and methodology of the project. Chapter II describes the location, topography, architecture, structure, technology, hydraulic works, electrical systems, civil works, land areas and the types of materials used. Chapter III develops the methodology for the execution of the project, starting with the creation of a location plan for provisional facilities followed by the methodology for the execution of the project as well as the creation of different plans such as the quality control plan. , occupational safety and hygiene plan, environmental management plan, traffic control plan and the dust control plan, all of this will serve to minimize the effects produced before, during and after the start-up of the project, respecting all the requirements previously stipulated in current laws and regulations of our country. Finally, a technical review will be carried out through the budget of the work and the verification of the structural calculation through the CYPECAD program, ending with recommendations for future generations that use this construction system.
