Abstract :
[en] The aim of this report is to develop an understanding of the enabling environment that led to the
renovation project of a specific condominium, from the decision-making process to the financing
scheme that was used, via the support system from which homeowners benefitted, throughout the
process. In short: what are the crucial elements and enabling environment that allowed the energy
retrofit in condominiums?
